Mommy Blogger Weight Loss Challenge day 13…the scale was not kinda


So today was “do or die day” at the scale. I failed added on a lb. Was bummed but was kinda expecting it. I knew all the sodium and crap from mcds was gonna catchup with me!!! It was a kick in the butt I needed!!
Went to go to the gym…and what happens…… none stop bloody noses? Skipped the gym was so bummed but wasn’t gonna go and gush blood all over or have the movement do worse. Not sure if its all the weather change or what?? We did a ton of walking at Wal-mart we lapped the store so many times and pushing the cart with both little ones in the cart. (Was raining and kids been sick so I did what I could thinking we were going to the gym later)
Food was AWESOME!!!! I have my meals planned out for tomorrow. Gonna pick up more apples and bananas tomorrow! All out and the ones today at the store were nasty!! Craving bananas so bad right now!!! Heres to a rocking Tuesday!!! So proud on point target!! (Gained a point back with my pound gainage

Mommy Blogger Weight Loss Challenge Day 12


So today is Sunday!! Which means end of weight loss week!!
For today i am pleased. I did more cleaning unpacking upstairs!! Not an official work out but i did more moving then necessary doing things. Extra trips to put away laundry, squatting up and down to put away dvds (man that was a mess to unpack), taking things up and down one a time, etc. Tomorrow morning will be brutal…there is no doubt in that lol.
Food went great!!! I was out of bananas
And was NOT dragging kids to the store. I am loving the fiber one bars!!!! They are filling and good!! And satisfy my sweet tooth. Today was boring for food but tomorrow is weigh in day!!!

Mommy Blogger Weight Loss Challenge Day 11


Great Saturday!! We actually got in a gym workout, tons of cleaning, and also got in HUGE shopping. That was a workout chasing the two little one through the store while pushing the cart and counting!! We did tons of cleaning and reorganzing and settign up the kitchen more. Feelting to feel settled in and thats helping with everything else!! Tomorrow will be setting up more the master bedroom. YAY more furniture moving!! THen this week will be more decorating the walls with hangings.
FOOD was a good day even with taco bell!! I am loving the fiber one bars!! They taste great and also are really filling!!!

Mommy Blogger Weight Loss Challenge Day 9


Well Thursday was surgery day!! We were at the hospital at 6:45 I was so proud i managed to eat a breakfast even though it was WAY early!!! Michael was SUCH a trooper and so good through it all. Sadly he begged for Mcds. I caved again!! (and then again on Friday
I swear that stuff has crack in it!!). He was pretty cuddley and needy for the day so we just spent it pampering him. Got no exercise in (besides drugstore runs) and of course dancing!! He wanted cookies at the end of the night so we made cookies. And of course mommy ate some. We had a blast i regret the cookies but hey some days are okay right?

Mommyblogger Weight Loss Challenge Day 8
Well Wed (Yesterday) was a mixed emotion day!! My son had surgery on Thursday (went well) and we treated him and me to Mcds. HOWEVER before i went I made sure i got in a ROUGH workout and did one after lunch as well!!! The rest of the day went good. Stayed busy cleaning which helped. Haven’t had much time today to get this up sooner. But i am pleased with a goal of 33 points a day with eating out i only hit 44. I threw out the kids left over fries to vs cleaning their bags for them.

Mommy Blogger Weight Loss Challenge Day 7
WOOT!! One week in!! I am disappointed I haven’t completely kicked the soda!! DS’s Monday I was down two lb. Well I stepped on the scale on Tuesday morning down TWO MORE!!!! Let’s hope it stays away!! Tuesday was a good day!! I did some lifting at home many of Dustin’s exercises that are in his series. I finally got some 10lb weights for at home and must say what a good challenge they are!! We also went mall shopping and I pushed out a 6QT Kitchen Aid mixer in the stroller while chasing a 2 year old and four year old. Yup that was an AWESOME work out!! (And deal loll)
Today for food… I am really missing my Smart Ones dessert. But so glad they are not in the house right now with my son’s surgery tomorrow. Hoping to get more on sale this week and more of the breakfast ones. However I think I would have no control right now if I had them in the house!!! I tried a new Smart Ones product the frozen pizzas. Not a fan and so not worth 7 points!!! But I had no lettuce so that’s what I did. Dinner…over did it. LOVED the pancakes!!! Relieved I had Quaker bars that were only two points to munch on.
Found new recipes to try this weekend and VERY excited to share those!!!!
AND DRUMROLL….. I was able to buy and comfortablely wear size Medium work out pants from Old Navy!! ! I always run a size to big there so its AWESOME!!!!

Mommy Weight Loss Challenge Day 6
Woot Day 6 was day one of my new Weight Watcher. At weigh in I was down to 2 lbs!!! What a great start to the week that was!!
I got in a great work out at the gym and had a great day for food!!! I was really excited how the day went!! The kids ahd a great day lots of good stuff done most importantly I learned how to play PLUMBER!!! WOOT we can run dishes again!!!
Now for the fun stuff my food for the day!! I lost a point for my total target!! I did earn 7 activity points for kickboxing!!!

Mommy Blogger Weight Loss Challenge Day 5
Well Sunday was the last day of my “Weight Watcher” week. I am bummed I went two points over but I realized I need more breakfast options!!! I have had breakfast every day this week!!! That’s an achievement all week!!
On Sunday I did a TON of cleaning and it felt good!! Purging food out of your life is important but so is a “normal” enviorment. i have been struggling ot unpack and feeling more like our house is piecing together!!! However I messed up my back moving bookcases!! Grrrr
For food it was a rough day!! I messed up on my dinner. I would have had a half serving bu calculated the Mac & Cheese wrong so i went over two points
And I caved on the sodas and had more!!! Ended up with only 20 ounces of water
Today has been way better!!!

Mommy Blogger Weight Loss Challenge Day four
Well not a good day. The weekends tend to throw me for a loop hard!! Both older kids were home and boy not a good day. Hopefully once Ds has surgery Thursday his mood will improve.
I had the urge to SNACK!! EEK all day!!! Then I found a broken pipe under the sink and that caused more stress. I must say i am really glad i didn’t over eat. The popcorn and pudding were no no’s though but satisfied my salty sweet craving without as many bad points as it could have been. I really slacked off on my water and can feel the difference!!
I ended up spending most the day on taxes. Hardly got in any movement and didn’t get in a workout either. I did make sure to go up and down the stairs more than normal. And we played tag in the house to!!

Mommy Blogger Weight Loss Challenge day 2!

SUPER late posting this today!! Sat down to do it this morning and we had no power!! Go figure!! Got in a killer work out (Will share that tomorrow) but lets review my day 2 (Thursday)!!
Hubby was off and its NORMALLY a challenge to stay on track. I focused hard and resisted temptations. All day he wanted to bring junk home. Said it was boring to eat by himself the junk food. He ended up getting a chicken from Costco (rotissarie) for him and the kids for lunch and i had my salad and no one was “bored”. This made me realize the excuses we come up with to eat “junk” and how we eat cause we are “bored” with out much purpose. And that we can’t do it alone we have to pull someone else in with us. Hubby was shocked I resisted the temptation of McDonalds. (Truthfully so am I am craving a Quarter Pounder!!!)
For excercise it was an awesome day!!! I went to the gym and had a hardcore workout. See we have this trip in August for the company. I am SO TIRED of being so self concious about how I look. When we went last year I felt AWFUL pool side and so uncomfortable. I know i was more toned then I had been in years but it wasn’t good enough. Well my trainer heard me complaining and well shes kicking my but!! We worked out for an hour. Pushups (OMG), boxing punches, tons of crunches, and the worse torture…she made me jump rope!!! Remember how much fun that was as a kid HOLY COW not so much as an adult I swear I have jump rope marks all over me!!! However this was a VERY awesome work out and I was feeling it when I got up this morning!!! At the end of the work out I had earned 7 activity points.

I stayed on TARGET!! OMG first day in so long!!! Starting to feel like I am getting the hang of this lifestyle and having some flexibility!!! Planning ahead my day for food has been key!!! I normally don’t eat breakfast and I have kept it up all week so excited and feeling the difference in a good way for doing it!!!
