I have done Jillian 30 day shred with great results in the past!!! I have entered a challenge with Tammilee of Tammilee Tips to keep either motivated to keep going!!! Last week went to a seahawks game. (Was AWESOME!) But I realized as we climbed from the field to our seats….yeah I was slacking way to much! I was winded!! Just the year before I was making fun of hubby for the same thing!! Life has been crazy between buying the house, my gym closting, and having 5 surgeries for the kiddos I let myself being a priotory go!
So anyhow I started up again with 30 day shred (Tammilee is on day 2 we had our first day of school craziness yesterday). Wasn’t as bad as I thought it was gonna be!!! I was kinda shocked!! I made it through pushed through every part and only stopped when Bella tripped trying to jump rope and hurt self while mommy was working out. Tonight has been rough moving but not as bad as it could be!!!
Anybody else working it out and getting good habits?
